From the first time Teresa Renfroe from Mark Spain Realty came into our living room to give us information on how to market our property for sale we were very impressed. We were so impressed that we did not even bother to interview any other real estate agents. She was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. She laid out and effectively explained all options that Mark Spain offered. We opted for the traditional sale. Within 2 days of the listing we had more hits than we anticipated. Ms. Renfroe was on top of all appointments and worked tirelessly to make our very swift offer a reality. If she could not take phone calls she would make sure that she returned them even when we least expected. Within 30 days, from the inception of the offer we closed on our property.

Jeff was a whirlwind of information and help. He started by getting me and my home ready for the sale. First thing he did was make me comfortable with the process and discussed the values in my area and the value of my property based off that. He got beautiful listing pictures online because that gets people interested. My home sold in less than a month. Jeff also helped me with the purchase of my new home.
