Working with Tami Gray-Green was an absolute gift as first-time homebuyers. From our very first interaction, she was confident, organized, and genuinely invested in us. I never felt stressed or unsure at any point because she was always several steps ahead. I simply shared what we were looking for, and she took care of everything else with ease, guiding us smoothly from start to finish. Tami exceeded every expectation we had. Her market knowledge was evident at every step and gave us complete confidence in the decisions we were making. She handled every detail with care, confidence, and precision, allowing us to truly enjoy the process instead of worrying about it. She is warm, attentive, and incredibly skilled at what she does. From the first showing to closing day, we always felt informed, supported, and in the best hands possible. I would recommend Tami wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an exceptional realtor.

Kevin communicated with us during our first home purchase even while he was out of town! He gave us the peace of mind we needed during that stressful time of waiting. He gave us excellent advice on what things to make sure were rock solid in our inspection and our documentation!! I could not have asked for a better person to help my family and I find our forever home!!

Best agent I have ever had. Thank you Kevin for a smooth process selling my house! Happy customer! Communicated clearly, responsive and very effective. Provided all the resources I needed to help me get the job done. God bless you, thank you so much for getting my home easily and quickly sold! Very happy customer.

Once I found a home within my price range and desired location, Kevin not only did extensive homework on the histroy the property, he sent several properites in the area that met my same qualifications. Having so many options gave me hope that if this particular home fell through, there's still hope of my finding a place I'd love. Every time I wanted to see a property, it never took longer than the next day to do so, if not the same day. Kevin was not shy about pointing out a properties' flaws, while never over hyping the pluses. I never felt pressured to buy a home. After looking for a couple of months, I told him I was sick of looking and had no problem continuing to rent. Not once to did he push more properites on me. When it was time for me to start looking again, we picked up where we left off. Kevin walked me through all paperwork that came my way, and made it super easy to sign on the dotted line. Even after the sale, Kevin has been a tremendous resource. Next time I buy a home, I'm calling Kevin.
