Tami was a pleasure to work with. My house had been sitting on the market for 8 months when I asked Tami to take over the realtor duties. I did not know Tami prior to hiring her, but she treated me as if I had. She suggested a few inexpensive things we could do to make the home a bit more appealing to a buyer. We did those things, and within a couple of months, we were under contract. Tami went above and beyond to work to get the house sold, even when it came to negotiating with the buyer- she communicated my needs to the buyer's realtor and we were able to come to an agreement that both parties were happy with.
