My wife and I have used Chad multiple times since 2021. We have sold 3 houses and bought 2 house with Chad. On each transaction, Chad showed superior knowledge of the market and gave us excellent advice. Most importantly, Chad is a man of integrity which is very hard to find in this field of work. He was honest with us and those we worked with. Communication was also really great. We’ve had friends who have recently bought/sold houses and after hearing how their agent treated them, I realized even more how great Chad is and a superior agent in the field. He’s been a real friend to our family. Great guy and awesome agent!

We enjoyed working with Ashley. She was always always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. She worked very hard arranging painters and a cleaning crew to make sure the property was in excellent condition before listing our house. It was great she made me confident in what she was doing.She kept me informed. she always answered my questions with answers I understood and never made me feel uncomfortable She gave me an idea of how long it might take and she was right on there as well. I had no idea how many people I knew was in real estate and wanted to sale my property. Bottom line I’m glad I chose her to sale the house, From the start and through the end I was completely satisfied with her working knowledge and how she treated me in the whole process I can’t the process running any smoother than it did.
