She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home. She referred vetted and tried and true resources for loan and insurance agents that she had used previously with good experiences for her clients. Her persistence on the importance of diligence of the home inspections during the contract period actually saved us from purchasing a farm where the well water had been compromised and contaminated by a faulty and broken septic tank.
