Asked for help finding home a solid year+ prior to actual buy as I have worked with him professionally and it was hard to not notice that homes/real estate are his absolute passion. If you’ve ever met someone who you couldn’t help but notice lived/breathed/loved their primary trade to extent that they were a bubbling wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm on every aspect of it to point of being contagious (and a lot more educational than expected!)—then you’ve met someone like Brent. I have nothing but rave reviews and gratitude to convey to him for ALL his dedication, hard work and professionalism. Ended up with what I believe to be dream home! Brent was 7 steps ahead every step of way and had situations completely handled at every junction. Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience and would badger any friends/loved ones if they didn’t go straight to him for search/buy. Very educational and COMPLETELY happy, A++!

Meeting Duane for the first few minutes I knew he would be our realtor. We've met others before but didn't match the overall energy level that Duane possessed with every communication and meeting. We were from out of state and got his name through a friend which raved about him. He answered calls and texts at almost any time of day or night ( had to let him sleep a little bit). He was a huge hit with our son and, even played with him. We have made a great new friend also. When I get my parents to move here Duane will be our go-to guy. I highly recommend him!

From inspections, insurance, mortgage, title help, interactions with the HOA management company, she handled it all! It made our buying process easy! Julia was (and is) exceptionally responsive and very detail oriented. My wife and I can easilly give her the "five star" rating!
