Robbie lives up to his nickname, "Mr. East Nashville". I actually followed him on social media for a couple of months prior to choosing a realtor, and ultimately his expertise in East Nashville and his background fixing up fixer uppers led me to chose him. He was super quick to respond and meet with me. Immediately had 6 options for me to go see that same afternoon. He could easily tell me what improvements I could make, how much each type of repair would cost, and had contacts to pass along for reliable local handymen/plumbers/electricians/etc. He also negotiated so that the seller paid half of my closing costs. I will absolutely work with him again when I'm ready to buy my next home.

Brandi Thigpen was our Buyer's Agent for a recent home purchase in Tennessee. The "modern" aspect of this transaction was we had never seen the house in person. Our daughter learned a home was for sale nearby and thought we might be interested. Brandi had previously helped them when purchasing their house. I have to say she was very friendly and compassionate. At the same time very professional and definitely knowledgeable.
