Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

He was knowledgeable about all my questions I asked and if he didn't know he found out the information and got back to me very quickly.
