From the start, we had no idea where to begin. First time selling a home! Jeff was very prompt to get the ball rolling! He explained to us in great detail what his role would be. He scheduled everything flawlessly, & also made sure the other parties were checking their boxes. If we ever had questions or concerns he was always willing to listen & answer! Selling price was higher than anticipated & I attribute that to Jeff’s diligence in determining a true market value, & helping us understand what we should list for! 2. Thoroughness!
