John was fabulous. He was so patient with me trying to find the best house for me. He remembered what I liked and disliked from the homes we saw so he could then offer tailored selections. Great experience! Once you buy a home with them, they do not forget about you either.

Regarding the sale of my home at 219 Shady Dr. Columbia Tennessee my realtor Heidi Monty was completely professional on time and very communicative. She was a joy to work with and made this experience. The best that I have had on the sale of property, this would’ve been the six closing that we have attended during the course of our history with home selling and buying very happy. Excellent service would recommend Heidi as the best realtor I have ever dealt with.

Brittany was thorough, professional and paid special attention to detail from the beginning all the way through to the closing. From the moment she sat down with us, she provided us with specifics of the marketing trends, location, sales of other homes in our area, and then gave us appropriate timeline on what to expect. Once we accepted an offer, she provided updates when necessary during the progression of the sale, patiently explaining each and every single step as we were going through them. Her knowledge, response, and work ethics made us feel comfortable, with no stress. We highly recommend Brittany to anyone selling (or buying) their home. Thanks Brittney!!!

Savannah was such a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond expectations, especially after normal business hours. She answered all calls and texts quickly, and had answers to my questions within minutes. Savannah has a warm and heartfelt personality. I recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
