Missy does an excellent job and responds to concerns clearly with very good insight. She remains in communication from inception through the last processes, and to our experience makes appropriate suggestions to permit all to go smoothly and improve satisfaction. This is not the first transaction where we have utilized her services and if needed will not be the last.

Ralph was very helpful in reviewing the purchase agreement and in making suggestions for addendum. He was accessible and responsive. He was very open to answering any questions and consulting us accordingly.

Erin is just the best- and we’ve bought and sold many many times. Of all I’ve worked with over the years I’ve been most pleased at how great a job she did / marketing and selling our home, in all the negotiations and in getting us to close. We got our buyer on our second day because of her. She kept us informed and advised us along the way. She knows her stuff. What a God-send! She’s a blessing and a joy to work with. I always felt like I was her only client- but I know for a fact I was not!! Also she bent over backwards to find us more than what we were looking for in this lease and negotiated that for us too!! One year ago... we were looking for a home near Nashville when there were really none that fit our needs at the time. After a long search, our daughter turned us onto DOUG as she had him for a home she purchased a few years earlier. DOUG found us a home that was a perfect fit in Spring Hill at a fair price that wasn’t even listed yet on the MLS. Today, DOUG helped us sell that home as a move out of state prompted the sale. We wanted to originally list during the holiday season, however, being a slow market time DOUG suggested that we wait until after the holidays to keep the listing fresh. DOUG did suggest that we place a Coming Soon sign in the yard Incase there were any interested parties. Then BANG! A couple saw the Coming Soon sign and inquired about the house. The next day the couple came through the home and made an offer! The offer was accepted and the rest is history. There were a few small bumps along the way on the buyers side but DOUG stayed on top of the situations and kept us advised. By doing that, we were very assured that the sale would be made and his communications kept us calm and collected. Would we use DOUG again? YES!!! Both experiences were nothing but positive and his fun, caring yet professional attitude made the journeys enjoyable...where they could of been stressful by most other realtors.
