Tami was a pleasure to work with. My house had been sitting on the market for 8 months when I asked Tami to take over the realtor duties. I did not know Tami prior to hiring her, but she treated me as if I had. She suggested a few inexpensive things we could do to make the home a bit more appealing to a buyer. We did those things, and within a couple of months, we were under contract. Tami went above and beyond to work to get the house sold, even when it came to negotiating with the buyer- she communicated my needs to the buyer's realtor and we were able to come to an agreement that both parties were happy with. We even got more for the house than expected. I highly recommend working with Tami if you are looking for a realtor in the Nashville area!

By far the best experience buying a house and I’ve bought 4 prior to this one! I worked with Courtney Folderauer and she was phenomenal!! Courtney really took the time to walk me through the buying process, explain my options, and connected me to an amazing lender. When it came to negotiating the terms of the contract, I truly felt that she had my best interest in mind and worked hard to negotiate a great deal!
