Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing. When I had my first appointment with Kerri to discuss selling my home she made me feel I was important. It was not just a job to her. Kerri was available from the beginning anytime I had questions or concerns. I was still living in my home while trying to sell it.
