Jean was terrific! Beginning with initial feed back and suggestions for getting the house ready for sale, to staging it with some of her own furniture. She managed the showings, expertly juggled multiple offers, coordinated contractors for some final repairs (we were 4 hours away), proactively managed a very difficult buyer's agent and got us to closing at the 11th hour with an offer 5% over the asking price. I HIGHLY recommend Jean for her expert advice, attention to detail and personal service that is hard to find in this day and age. She will take good care of you.
