Stephanie came highly recommended by someone in the industry. I was selling my custom built home. For our first meeting, she spent extra time soaking in and admiring all of the unique details that I had built into my home. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She is highly knowledgeable about the current market and market trends. She was very informative and very resourceful when it came to setting a selling price that I was comfortable with. Her recommendations for preparing my home for photos and showings turned out to be spot on and valuable to the success of the sale. Stephanie respected my personal situation and very busy schedule when communicating with me, scheduling showings, etc. She was very personable and professional throughout the entire process. I will be working with her in the near future for the purchase of my next home. I have the utmost faith that Stephanie will find my perfect place because she took the time to get to know me from day one.

Ms. Kelly is top notch and quick with responses and keeping things rolling. Will use her again.
