JEB took care of all of the finishing repairs needed. When JEB sent me a listing agreement, it contained all the terms we discussed. I felt good about this because not all realtors are honest. I created a couple of problems during the closing and JEB stepped me through all the issues and JEB worked hard to help me resolve the issues and we closed the sale on time.
