My wife and I had a rental house we were ashamed to show much less sell. We cleaned it up the best we could to make it presentable. We called Julie and within 2 hrs she was there. She assured us that someone would be happy to have our house. True too her word we had an offer within 48hrs and closed in 20 days. I called one real estate company gave them the address and they didn't even show. We have sold several homes over the years and when the time comes to sell another one we will definitely call Julie. Julie was great and very informative and on the ball. She was the only agent that cared enough to call us back to check if we were still interested in buying a home. Earlier in the year of 2020 we were looking for a house through Zillow but we gave up cause there was nothing out there to our liking and price. Then Julie emails me and me and ask are we still looking and I said yes. You see how I see it is most agents forget about the little guy and target on the big sales with big commissions. No empire was put in place over night they were built town by town and road by road. If I remember correctly Julie and I'm paraphrasing " you and the the home must connect and then it's a home". Julie didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. She taught me the in's and out's of home ownership. She treated my dad and mom with dignity which showed me she cared.
