My wife and I had a rental house we were ashamed to show much less sell. We cleaned it up the best we could to make it presentable. We called Julie and within 2 hrs she was there. She assured us that someone would be happy to have our house. True too her word we had an offer within 48hrs and closed in 20 days. Julie was great and very informative and on the ball. She was the only agent that cared enough to call us back to check if we were still interested in buying a home. Earlier in the year of 2020 we were looking for a house through Zillow but we gave up cause there was nothing out there to our liking and price.
