Rachel has a wide range of market knowledge and negotiation skills that were very helpful and effective in helping us sell our home. She is very professional, kind, hard-working, honest, and trustworthy.

We called upon Stephanie to help us get out of a bit of a mess from a previous agent. Stephanie was able to do in 1 hour what our prior agent couldn’t do for weeks. Stephanie compassionately listened to our wants and needs, offered expert advice along the entire transaction, was available all hours of the day, and—most importantly—Stephanie was able to sell our house in less than 3 weeks during the Christmas holiday season while also working thru our worst winter snow season in decades! I can’t imagine there is a better agent in North Carolina than Stephanie Montgomery! If you get the opportunity for Stephanie to represent you, TAKE IT!

Twila went above and beyond in accommodating our every need in the purchase of our home. Her attention to detail and honest observations were welcomed and appreciated. Communication was key on the purchase negotiations and Twila maintained a clear balance with awesome results. At different stages of the buying process we had multiple requests at the same time depending on the lender, inspectors and us. Twila kept them all in-line and handled them like the true professional she is. Our process was not an easy one but she went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible experience.
