She was pleasant and professional. She stopped by the unoccupied house often to check on it. She had good knowledge of the market and knew people we needed to complete the sale.

I was a 1st time home buyer and a little nervous about the buyer process in today’s market. Andrea made the entire process a smooth experience. Her extensive market/ real estate knowledge and property assessment skills helped secure my new home. She quickly answered questions and provided guidance throughout the process always in a kind and professional manner. Andrea provided advice especially during the negotiation process and took time to set up a call with the warranty company so I could better understand the coverage. She stepped in and assisted with the home inspection, helped secure a handyman for repairs, locksmith all of which was a big relief for me. She also helped negotiate with the sellers to cover some of the repairs. I’m so grateful for her help in finding me my new home. I highly recommend Andrea as a realtor!
