Marilyn Charity was outstanding throughout the entire home-buying process. Her market knowledge was sharp, her communication was clear and timely, and she handled every detail with professionalism and care. She anticipated issues before they became problems, explained options without pressure, and made a process that can be stressful feel manageable and confident. I always felt informed, respected, and well-represented. I would recommend Marilyn without hesitation to anyone looking for a trusted, top-tier realtor.

Stephanie is a one-of-a-kind realtor. She made herself available at all times to talk with us throughout the buying process no matter what our concerns or questions may be. Very down to earth and honest, never once did she try to push us into a house that we were not satisfied with instead continuing to search/show properties until we found the one, a process that lasted longer than expected. Her knowledge of the area is unmatched which can assist anyone, like us, who are new to the area. For anyone moving to the area, I would highly recommend Stephanie as your realtor.
