I was impressed with John Bailey knowledge, experience, understanding of the Florida real estate market as well as macro and micro economic variables with a direct or indirect impact in my real estate transaction. He knows his numbers and facts to make informed recommendations. He guided me step by step me to make feel comfortable on my decision on the property, the location and the price, even when it wasn't the best for his own interests, which tells a lot about his personal integrity and professional ethic. His support was critical to overcome all the roadblocks we had through the transactions and was he able to come up with the best possible outcome. He has an exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and a deep passion for serving his clients. I would definitely will work John Bailey and his team in the future and I will highly recommend him.
