Dave took the time to listen to what we wanted in our next home and helped us turn that disjointed dream list into viable options. We were slow, picky and kind of pokey but Dave stuck with us and helped us find our new home. He welcomed all our family in the showings of the houses. Our grandson believes, "If Dave Endicott is with us, we could see that house." We highly recommend Dave and will use him again when needed.

Even though I was looking for a house hours away from The Cities, The Coles were outgoing and proactive in helping me. I did not look at any houses in Wisconsin, but I had thought about looking at some and the possibility was there for me as they are able to work in both MN and WI. They kept ongoing communication and one or both were able to communicate with me morning to evening when needed. They prepared all the necessary paperwork and kept me informed of changes/updates. They followed my preferences when I wanted certain things. The remote closing worked well for me as my chosen house was up in Hibbing. I will be happy to continue working with The Coles in the future for my next property (let it be land, cabin, or other).

We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker.
