He was there for me day and nite, holding our hands searching a house for us. After 10 pm should be the limit of replying my texts? Yet, 11:45 pm, my texts finding a house or discussing about the offer would always received a reply or two! On the weekend, a family trip was arranged so he can meet up with us, driving 4 hours, so he can show us 3 properties after the family outing! It’s not there to say that Sir Lancelot was there just to achieve his cut for the commission! He had our backs. We were looking for an ocean front property that I can retire while being able to hold short term rental. This property is it, as a commercial property, but I wanted an ocean front in a residential area, which I can’t achieve the rental intention?! We took his conscious reminder and advised us not to!
