Ken assisted us with purchasing one property and selling two others (through a referral). As we were long distance buyers/sellers, Ken was a necessary part of our buying/selling process and acted as our eyes and ears during the transaction. He was the point person, who graciously took the lead and flawlessly coordinated closings with three other agents. We had the utmost trust in his judgment and perspective. He was the glue that held three transactions (within two weeks) together including selling a property in Massachusetts and Daytona and buying a property in Gainesville.
