Joyce knows and understands the market. I have worked with others and was truly stressed but not with Joyce! She eases the process and holds it all together. She's also very understanding and works extremely hard to meet your goals and expectations. (Also a very wise woman to talk to, trust me I know.) Again, I recommend her to anyone that is trying to sell or buy a home. 👌 The experience with her is worth every penny!

I bought my first home! I talked myself up to call the realtor listed on the for sale sign and best decision ever! She was so friendly on the phone call, all the while I’m stumbling over my words having no idea even what to ask! We arranged to meet to view the home. Upon meeting Joyce I immediately dropped my shoulders and felt like I was in good hands. She is very calm and candid and if she wasn’t sure of something she made phone calls right then to ask. Buying a home is a very stressful process but I had Joyce! She was available at any time of day/night and I literally asked I’m sure to be the silliest questions but she handled it all! If I find myself in this process again I will absolutely call Joyce!
