Henry had our best interests in mind as he helped us navigate this sale. He was available to talk and discuss questions whenever we needed him. He took care of us.

We had a great experience working with Henry Roy while looking for a home. He showed us several houses and never made us feel pressured to like a place just because we were there to see it. If he thought a house wasn’t the right fit for us, he said so. We appreciated that honesty because it helped us focus on finding a home that actually worked for our family. Henry Roy was also incredibly responsive. He answered all of our questions, even the small ones that probably felt a little petty, and we could reach him outside regular business hours. We never felt like we were bothering him or had to wait around wondering what was going on. After we found the right house, he worked hard to help us get the best deal possible. He helped us think through the details of the offer, negotiated on our behalf, and guided us through all the steps that came after it was accepted. Buying a house can get overwhelming, but Henry Roy was there to explain what was happening and answer our questions along the way. We’re grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping us find and buy our home. We’d gladly recommend Henry Roy to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking agent who will be there for them throughout the process.

Mike listens carefully to what you are specifically searching for concerning property and location. He has great patience and communication skills. He always asks valid questions after a viewing to add information to your file to help him find your dream home. He works tirelessly to ensure that he can present great options for viewing and works with your schedule to get quick access for viewings. He is ALWAYS optimistic and projects confidence that is contagious. We had been scouring the Hills area for almost two years under the guidance of two different agents when we were introduced to Mike. His attitude and encouragement spiked our hope level. We were NOT disappointed! He was able to guide us through acquiring a home we could only have dreamed of living in!! He is respectful of not only his clients as buyers but also the sellers. I firmly believe this deal was only made possible because of Mike’s commitment, knowledge of the market and desire that all parties are comfortable with the end result. He kept us well informed of the steps that would lead up to closing and the scheduling involved. Following our purchase he has gone above and beyond to answer all the questions that have cropped up and make sure that our transition is smooth. I can’t say enough great things about Mike! He’s a genuine rock star realtor and will get you the results you’re seeking!!
