I immediately gave her the listing. I’m out of state, and had tenants in my home, and Stephanie expertly handled that situation, keeping what could have been an uncomfortable situation pleasant, and streamlined. Stephanie listed my home on a Sunday, and we had multiple offers in by the following Sunday - and we had an offer for full ask in one week from listing! Stephanie handled all repairs after my tenant moved out, even repairing some holes herself. Honestly, this is a gem of a human and I am so glad to have met someone I could put so much trust in, never feeling like I was waiting on communication, or kept in the dark. Stephanie was there for me the entire time. If I could give 100 stars, I would still give more.
