I met Laurie at an Open House she was hosting. I was not quite ready to put my house on the market but took her card. I knew after that visit with Laurie - when I was ready she would be the one I felt could get the job done. It took me a little while longer to list and right from the start she was there every minute to help me. I was looking to downsize and I knew where I hoped I could relocate to. We worked together to make this happen! Laurie is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and a go-getter right from the start. She told me what I needed to do to get the house ready and kept reminding me that there are 3 things that sell a property...location, presentation and price! If you work with her with that in mind you will be as happy as I was. Within weeks we had an offer, a contract and I am now living right where I wanted to be !
