Kolbie, Has the patience to take her time and show us multiple homes and points out the good and bad of the homes and neighborhoods. Once we found a home, she negotiated with the seller's agent as we had asked. She communicated with the seller's agent as we had asked and was able to get items corrected before closing. Closing was so easy, and this is our second experience with Kolbie purchasing a home. We will be using her to sell our current home.
