I started working with Yvette over 5 years ago when I lived in Pittsburgh, PA. I relocated to Charlotte in 2016 and rented a townhome while looking for a one story affordable home. We finally found a Lennar home near Indian Land, SC (Tree Tops) that met all of my needs and it was a property that I could not pass up. Yvette was instrumental in my making the decision to purchase it. After the many homes that I have purchased over the years, this one is perfect. I am impressed with Yvette's knowledge of the real estate business and leaned on her a great deal.
