Kevin is a delightful Southern gentleman. He grew up in the area and knows the neighborhood and home owners. He knows his architecture and history of homes. He is a wealth of information for the buyer and can put you in touch with plumbers, electricians, landscape people, etc. Most importantly he is honest and does not push the buyer into anything.
