My husband and I were first time home buyers who were very apprehensive and nervous about the process. We found a realtor online (not Kristina) and had a really bad experience. We quickly switched over to Kristina (who was recommended to us) and I reached out at around 8pm on a Sunday night. She quickly called me back and discussed our needs and wants for our first home. She sent us homes that fit our criteria within minutes of hanging up the phone! The next day she had secured multiple showings and we were able to put in an offer and go under contract that same day. In less than 24 hours we met with Kristina, saw multiple homes, put in a competitive offer, and were under contract! Kristina continued to stay one step ahead of us sending us answers to any questions we had and providing us with information before we even knew we needed it. She even helped us find a contractor to do some house work for us since we were new to the area. I cannot say enough kind things about Kristina. Not only was she thorough, ahead of the game, and thoughtful but she was patient in answering all my first time buyer questions and made sure we had everything we needed to make buying a home as easy as possible. We love our house but if we ever buy or sell we will ABSOLUTELY be asking Kristina!
