Kirsten is absolutely amazing!! As an out of state buyer, I found her through online reviews and am so glad I did! I met Roz after having lost a couple of purchases working with other realtors. They were taking days to get back to me on properties. On the Tupperway project, I somehow got connected to Roz. She got back to me in less than a half hour. This was a Friday, I believe. We toured the property the following day and were under contract before the weekend was up. That was the first house I restored and sold for myself. I'm now onto number 5 and Roz is still the only agent for me. It's a partnership. Without a top-notch realtor who is on top of their game in this market, I would still be stuck at property number one.
