Jennifer is a very professional and courteous agent. She understands her clients needs and expectations. There is a lot that goes into selling a home and for most it can be difficult and stressful. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, knows how to put you at ease and point you in the right direction from start to finish. She certainly made the sale of our home a breeze. We also had the pleasure of working with Jennifer for the purchase of our new home and we couldn’t be happier. It is exactly what we had dreamed our future home to be. The process of selling and buying at the same time definitely has to be a well calculated and orchestrated. Wendy Adams is very well knowledgeable about the area. It took her no time in finding the information on the property. She worked diligently in helping get the land inspected for septic. Had everything done and back to use in time if we needed to back out. I was very satisfied with the law group she set it up for closing. Would recommend her to anyone.
