Wendy & her partner are an amazing team. They not only coordinated sale of my house, but they got $13,000 more than I asked for it. It sold in one day. They also coordinated sale of some of the items like furniture, etc. In addition, they coordinated donation of the items that didn't sell as well as giving some of the items to needy families, etc. I highly recommend this team and can't say enough positive about their competence and performance.

Sarah helped us find our condo 3 yrs ago and helped us again to sell it this past Spring. She hosted a beautiful Open House the first weekend we listed and worked to show our property every single time a walk through was requested.
