I hired Mark as my listing agent because I believed he would go above and beyond to sell my home in a timely fashion at a very competitive price and that is exactly what he did. We spent time discussing comps in the area and he put together an excellent catalogue of them. We used this to determine our listing price and we were right on the money for that. Once the home was listed, we got a very competitive offer on the first day and we were able to come to an agreement on the sale price within 24 hours. Mark was also very helpful during the property inspection process and was able to help me hire the right people to do the fixes required by the buyers - he even helped with some of them himself! And, he worked well with the buyer's agent to negotiate what fixes were really required. He want above and beyond at every step of the way and I would recommend him to all of my friends because of his knowledge, attentiveness and professional demeanor.

I introduced myself with a phone call, since she was referred by a friend, and from the phone call I knew she would be the best support for my home-buying experience. She had the energy and knowledge required to guide a first-time homebuyer. I really enjoyed working with her because when I had many questions, she would provide an answer or go looking for one if she did not know. She made herself available at anytime and any day. In addition to that, she knew when to get down to business to schedule a showing or when to relax and enjoy the stressful process. She would always make sure to follow up in a timely manner to get tasks completed. Jereta went out of her way to ensure I got the best deal/negotiation for my new home. Overall, a great experience!

I have always heard horror stories about finding the right person to help you make one of the biggest decision of your life. I am a former Marine, single mom on a tight budget. Teena was there for any question that I had. She answered my emails and returned my calls in record time and even on weekends and bless her heart for dealing with me on Thanksgiving!!
