She was always available and could clarify any questions we had. Erin is very Knowledgeable and knows everything about the Richmond Hill area. She had contacts for just about anything we needed during the process of it all. We will definitely use her again if we have decide to move. She has a positive attitude and very professional. Jereta was committed and informative right from the beginning. I introduced myself with a phone call, since she was referred by a friend, and from the phone call I knew she would be the best support for my home-buying experience. She had the energy and knowledge required to guide a first-time homebuyer. I really enjoyed working with her because when I had many questions, she would provide an answer or go looking for one if she did not know. She made herself available at anytime and any day. In addition to that, she knew when to get down to business to schedule a showing or when to relax and enjoy the stressful process. I have always heard horror stories about finding the right person to help you make one of the biggest decision of your life. I am a former Marine, single mom on a tight budget. Teena was there for any question that I had. She answered my emails and returned my calls in record time and even on weekends and bless her heart for dealing with me on Thanksgiving!! Kelli was top notch. She was in tune with my every need(I was NEEDY, picky, and would not settle). Gave honest feedback when needed and didn’t rush a sale. Even after the sale, when issues arose because of the seller, Kelli jumped on it. Veteran friendly and knowledgeable. In the future, I will ONLY do business with Kelli, be it selling or buying. I was the buyer. It won’t let me change from Seller. 🤷🏽‍♂️
