I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things. When the house was finally listed the whole process went smoothly and we ended with a very satisfactory result. He’s the one to call!

I have always heard horror stories about finding the right person to help you make one of the biggest decision of your life. I am a former Marine, single mom on a tight budget. Teena was there for any question that I had. She answered my emails and returned my calls in record time and even on weekends and bless her heart for dealing with me on Thanksgiving!! She went from one side of the local area to the other to find me a home that was within my budget, great area, great location and just my style.
