I highly recommend Ray for buying a house. He responded quickly when we wanted to view a house yet again, getting us scheduled and walking through it with us. He served as our go between during the negotiation process, providing us insight into the current market conditions. Ray continued to be accessible and helpful after our offer was accepted. He guided us through the closing process, answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed without missing any deadlines. I don’t want to move again, but will use Ray again if it happens.

Trust the Process... we all know buying and selling a home is a daunting task and we were fortunate to have the support and guidance of a fantastic realtor in Samantha Berg. Samantha is the definition of "Hustle". She went above and beyond to represent us at every step in the process, she listened to our needs, and gave us solid advice all along the way. Her recommendations for mortgage services, insurance, inspection and many other things were spot on, saving us time, money and aggravation. In selling our house, she had a great vision for our home and how to show its best features to prospective buyers. We highly recommend the staging service, it worked out very well for us, with our house having a very solid offer, sight unseen, before the listing was officially active. During the buying process, we warned Samantha that we were very picky. Samantha noted the things we were looking for, demonstrated her knowledge of the market and showed us several great homes. She answered all of our questions and was patient with us as we worked out what the best option was. As the process moved forward, there were a few problems/crises, and Samantha was up to the task every single time. When we were stressed about issues or the process, Samantha would tell us to "Trust the Process" and she would hustle to get every problem fixed and every question answered. There was one potentially huge problem with our purchase (undisclosed tax lien) that could have taken weeks, even months to fix. Samantha called all the required parties, went back and forth with people for hours, and had the issue fixed in one day! She called that evening and told us about the issue, and that it was already taken care of, saving us a ton of worry and stress. We are extremely thankful for her hard work and dedication... we trusted Samantha Berg, we Trusted the Process, and now we have a great home for our family! Thank you Sam!!!

If there were six stars available, she would get them! I met Christi about 5 years ago when we were neighbors, and she struck me as a real "Go Get'er", and she is! Christi keeps her ear to the ground and knows real estate. Listing my home with Christi, it sold faster than I thought it would in this tough market, but she got the job done.
