I first contacted Dawon in 2018 to help my mom downsize into a smaller home; after a couple of weeks, my mom decided to stay. He was generous in his time and resources as we negotiated with the seller, and wielded a depth of knowledge about the negotiation process, which helped us get multiple repairs made by the seller ahead of our closing date. On top of all that, Kevin was and is extremely pleasant to work with. With 20+ years of experience in Charlotte, he knows the neighborhoods and excellent contractor recommendations as well.
