Kristen was amazing... The end of last year, the market was becoming more volatile, I was nervous as I had been looking for months and was so disappointed because I had just lost an offer on the perfect home for me. Kristen encouraged me to do a backup offer immediately and even though it seemed a waste of time since they had a solid buyer who was closing right away, she encouraged me to try. We continued to look at options over the next couple of weeks, but then lo and behold we got the call that the original buyer backed out! I couldn't believe it and before I knew it, I was moving in. Little did I know that there were multiple back up offers to mine. Had I not listened to Kristen, I would have never been able to get back in line and enter a bidding war to buy the home. Kristen's understanding of the market, where it was headed and what I needed to do immediately, made all of the difference. I will always appreciate her guidance and efforts on my behalf. This is my last home purchase/my forever home and I am over the moon.

She had the energy and knowledge required to guide a first-time homebuyer. I really enjoyed working with her because when I had many questions, she would provide an answer or go looking for one if she did not know. She made herself available at anytime and any day. In addition to that, she knew when to get down to business to schedule a showing or when to relax and enjoy the stressful process. She would always make sure to follow up in a timely manner to get tasks completed. Jereta went out of her way to ensure I got the best deal/negotiation for my new home. Overall, a great experience!
