Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.
