We have used Christine 4 different times and her knowledge of each step makes it easy for buyer/seller. Very familiar with area communities, strong knowledge of areas in flood zones, good schools, and proximity to hospitals and shopping. Very adept of pricing of homes in the area. Her services include providing info on electric companies, water companies, tax offices, and motor vehicle department. She is very experienced and made both buying and selling very easy.
