She was accommodative of my requests in initial showing of the house and was very pleasant, professional, informative and helpful during the showing. When I made the decision that I wanted to proceed with the deal after a couple of showings, she walked me through the process step by step and would promptly clarify any questions or concerns that I had for the whole time and even after.
