This was my second home I listed with Dan Brown within 3 years. The first one sold within a week and the second one within a month (while the average was 90 days at the time). Dan has a vast of knowledge of the area and the housing market. His pictures and videos are premium compared to others. If you want to sell quickly at a realistic price that favors both you as a seller or the buyer, your best bet is to wait to meet him after you meet with others. At our first meeting Melissa was able to answer all of my questions (and I had many) about what was happening in the market, explained what were the documents I would be signing, what information I would need to provide, when I should list, what price point might be most advantageous etc., etc. She consistently communicated with me about time frames in which I had to response to inquiries and most importantly for me, helped me navigate all the electronic documents requiring my signature. I have minimal computer skills and Melissa "showed up" each time I got anxious about docu-signing. She was with me from the very beginning through to the end, sitting beside me at the closing table. I would highly recommend her. She is genuine, honest and the best Real Estate agent I have ever worked with (and I have bought and sold two previous homes).

Deborah did a super job helping us with our purchase she was committed. She was caring. She followed up with everything She said she would do. She was well aware of the housing market and the builders and as well as structural issues both positive and negatives of the homes we looked at Deborah also Knows three important zones of the South Carolina Low country they are — the hurricane zone , flood zone and wind zone. Deborah would call anytime to ask questions and follow up to see homes the next day. I recommend Deborah to anyone who’s moving down to South Carolina especially Myrtle Beach , Conway, and Horry County . Deborah is a very caring real estate professional.
