While my husband and I were in CT waiting on our home to be built in North Carolina, Wendy and Linc were very helpful in getting updates and taking pics of the home and keeping us updated often. With Wendy’s, real estate background and Linc’s construction experience, they advocated for us in every way with the builders in getting things done correctly. We are grateful to them for their advice and guidance through the whole process.

Communication is key when working with realtors. Wendy listened tentatively to our wants/needs and answered all our questions as they came up from the beginning to finally purchasing our home.
