I met Maria over 1,5 years ago when I decided to rent out a condo in Myrtle Beach I own. From the very beginning Maria proved herself as very professional, helpful and reliable person. She always had ready answers to all my questions, was quick responding to my requests and explaining to me the process. I want to mention that I am a foreigner and live on the other continent, which normally would mean a lot of hassle for me since I am so far away from the property. However, Maria makes the process of managing my property extremely streamlined, tackling all the problems on my behalf. I am very satisfied with the quality of service and highly recommend Maria to anyone who wants to make the process of dealing with real estate easier.
