I've worked with a few agents over the years and Robin is the best I've ever worked with. She made us feel like our satisfaction with her and the process was her top priority. She offered clear advice and recommendations getting us through the entire process quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Her communication was clear and frequent. We never had any question about the status of anything. She was also able to sell our house significantly faster than we thought was possible. We went into the process thinking is would take 30-60 days to get a decent offer. We ended up having an accepted offer on the house within the first 2 weeks of it going on the market. We highly recommend Robin to anyone looking for an agent that is there to be your partner in selling your house.

I had quite the rocky experience with my mortgage company. Brent went thru it with me as if it was his house he was getting. When the mortgage company would not respond, he diligently fought to get me answers.. often working late and on his days off. Amazing communication. He fought to get me into my house since I dealt with delay after delay. Knowing my family had already left NY to move down, he miraculously got the seller to agree to let me move in a few days before closing.. and even paid for the cost of the electric and water/sewer to get the deal done out of his own pocket. He guided me thru the whole process from offer to inspections, to closing. Brent became “ part of the family “ and we are forever grateful!
