Joy was always there to respond to my calls and questions. If she needed to clarify anything , it was done quickly . She also was upfront and honest with what the prospects, possibilities, etc were for my former house, no “sugar coating” . I really appreciated the way she has of “keeping things real”. This in no way says she underestimates the value of the house, just informs a “ non realtor” of the current trends.
