Nora came highly recommended to us when we were ready to sell our condo. She is extremely knowledgeable, she provided valuable recommendations to get the property ready for the MLS listing and set realistic expectations for the timing of the entire process. Nora quickly exceeded expectations by negotiating and delivering a full ask offer within 10 days from the list date. She delivered a signed contract with 11 other comparable units in our development on the MLS. Nora was a fantastic representative for our property and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
